Common problems and solutions for blister molding machines
The oil printed on white board paper or white cardboard can be heated to the melting temperature to coat the plastic film (blister). Paper layers are bonded. Figure 1 is an enlarged schematic diagram of a packaging structure; when tearing open the packaging, the damaged interface should be inside the paper layer 5. Only when the plastic film sticks up the paper layer can the packaging be considered successful. Therefore, the coating of whiteboard (card) paper The coating strength must be higher than the paper layer to meet the performance requirements of the packaging. The reason for poor results is often that the damage to the interface does not occur inside the whiteboard (card) paper layer.
(1)—When the package is torn open, the damaged interface occurs in the oil layer (shown as the peeled plastic film without ink), indicating that the surface coating of the paper is tightly sealed and it is difficult for oil to penetrate into the paper layer.
(2) When the package is torn open, the damaged interface occurs in the ink layer (shown as the peeled plastic film with ink, but the peeled paper fluff is less), indicating that the strength of the paper coating is lower than the strength of the paper layer, which may be due to the amount of coating latex If it is not enough, the primer and topcoat are not well combined, and the adhesive migration causes uneven coating strength.
(3) When the package is torn open, the damaged interface occurs on the surface of the whiteboard (cardboard) paper coating (between 4 and 5 in Figure 1), indicating that the strength of the paper surface coating is low and the coating is tightly sealed, making it difficult for oil to penetrate into the paper layer.
(4) When the packaging is torn open, the damaged interface occurs at 1/2 or 1/3 of the thickness of the whiteboard (card) paper, indicating that the effect is good.
