For the cooling of crystallized materials, a gradual cooling method is adopted, which is used in conjunction with the auxiliary equipment of the blow molding machine. The cooling water tank is carried out in sections. It can start from a temperature of 75 to 80 degrees and gradually cool down to room temperature. The smaller the water temperature difference, the better. If the rapid cooling method is used, it will cause cracks in the product, so attention should be paid to the extrusion process.
