Egg paper tray technology and classification
The production process of egg trays is as follows:
1. First make and process the egg tray mold. According to the requirements or sample standards, first make the egg tray blister mold. Under normal conditions, gypsum is used to make the blister packaging mold, but wood carving and metal carving products are also used as molds. After the plaster mold is made, let it dry completely naturally or dry it, and then use a 1-2 mm drill to drill many small holes in the low recesses that will not affect the appearance of the product packaging according to the specific convex and concave conditions of the product surface. For products such as boxes, some small holes must be drilled around the edges so that the air can be extracted during blister production. After drilling the holes in the mold, the plaster mold must be hardened. The hardening method is to use concentrated Soak in alum saturated solution and dry.
2. After the egg tray mold is completely processed and dried, install the egg tray mold on the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, then load the plastic sheet into a suitable standard size according to the size of the egg tray mold, and then place the sheet into a heated wooden cabinet. inside, fix it thoroughly, and then place the wooden cabinet and the plastic sheet on a constant temperature furnace for softening. 3. Place the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in the vacuum chamber, turn on the suction switch, and suck the air in the vacuum chamber clean. After the plastic sheet cools, you will get a concave egg tray that is the same as the mold.
4. Clean up the egg tray. After the produced egg trays are trimmed and cleaned, the finished egg trays are then packaged in cartons and shipped.
