     The raw material of bamboo pulp paper holder mobile phone paper holder is only 1% of paper fiber pulp. After the wet paper sheet is formed, mechanical pressing should be used to reduce the moisture content of the wet paper sheet to 55%. After the paper tray is formed, the moisture content reaches 65%-75%. It is difficult to reduce the moisture content by mechanical methods.

 

     During the production process of paper supports, each kilogram of finished bamboo pulp paper supports should remove about 3kg.5-4.5KG of water during the drying process. Therefore, drying is an important process in the production of paper supports, and the production cost of the drying process accounts for a large proportion of the production of paper supports. Improving the drying efficiency of paper supports is a key measure to improve the production efficiency of paper supports.

 

     The wet paper mold with paper fiber as the main component is a porous object with a capillary structure. Moisture exists between the fiber surface and the fiber capillary pores. Paper support products used for commodity packaging generally require good dynamic buffering performance. Water cannot be removed by mechanical pressing but needs to be removed by drying. As a result, the drying intensity of pulp-formed products is very high compared to conventional sheet drying processes. On the one hand, hot air acts as a pyrogen to provide energy for volatile water; on the other hand, as a water medium, it takes away volatile water.

   In addition to the moisture in the wet paper holder, the so-called internal diffusion refers to the transfer process of moisture on the inner and outer surfaces of the wet paper holder; diffusion refers to the process in which water is taken away after evaporating from its surface. The drying rate of paper supports depends on water, diffusion rate and the balance and coordination between the two. Reasonable process conditions should be developed around the above two aspects and the drying performance of the paper stent product.

 

     After the bamboo pulp paper tray product is vacuum-adsorbed and formed, the water in the wet paper fiber will be in three forms: bound water, adsorbed water and free water. The purpose of drying the paper tray product is to remove free water and bring the bamboo pulp paper tray to a balanced moisture content.

 

     The drying mechanism of the paper holder is that when the water vapor pressure on the surface of the wet paper holder is greater than the water vapor pressure in the drying medium, the water on the surface of the wet blank continues to vaporize and enter the gas, and the water in the wet blank continues to diffuse to its surface. Vaporization and diffusion rates vary with medium temperature, wet blank water, paper support thickness and size.
