Environmentally friendly paper tray
Paper support, also known as pulp molding, is made from leftover carton materials, newsprint, white pure wood pulp, etc., and is pulped and mixed into pulp of a certain concentration. According to the product design, it is vacuum formed on a customized CNC mold and then dried to form environmentally friendly paper products of different types and uses.
Paper tray drying process:
1. Set up different drying processes according to different types of paper trays, different thicknesses, and different stacking methods.
2. Under normal circumstances, the drying temperature of the paper tray is 40℃~80℃. For different paper trays, different temperature curves must be set.
3. Adjust according to the moisture content, temperature, atmospheric humidity of the paper tray, the main technical parameters and wind speed of the paper tray drying room, and the performance of the layered moisture content of the board to prevent the formation of drying defects.
