Failure analysis of semi-automatic blister machine:
1. The vacuum pump does not work: Check whether the output power of the host is normal, and refer to the corresponding instructions after confirmation.
2. No heating time: The electric furnace travel switch fails, the heating time relay fails, and the operation selection switch does not turn to the automatic position.
3. The lower mold does not rise, the lower mold solenoid valve fails, the lower mold solenoid valve coil fails, the lower mold operating switch does not turn to the automatic position, and the heating time relay fails.
4. Vacuum does not work: Check whether the upper travel switch of the lower mold is in place, whether the vacuum control valve is energized, and whether the time relay is working.
5. The automatic operation is normal, but some actions cannot work: manually check whether the circuit is normal, whether the control valve coil is damaged, manually check whether the electronic control valve is normal, and whether the gas circuit switch is open.
6. Temperature control failure: the heating brick in a certain area does not generate heat, whether the ceramic terminal of the heating brick has fallen off, whether the heating brick is damaged, whether the universal switch has power output, and whether the neutral line has fallen off.
