During inflation, the material at the bottle mouth is also inflated due to the high temperature, causing the bottle mouth to become thinner or even cracked, causing outgassing. The problem will be more serious when the temperature is higher, and the sound of air leakage can be heard when the bottle mouth expands.
(2)Processing methods
①Adjust the position of the cooling plate so that it can better protect the threaded area of the preform. The structure of the preform may make it difficult to adjust.
② External cooling can be used to control the temperature of the threaded area and core rod when the preform passes through the oven.
③Improve the structural design of the cooling plate and improve the cooling effect.
